BOOKING & SHOOTING PROCESS
- Bookings can be made directly with the contact form below.
- In the form, you will indicate the date, time and location of your desired shoot, specific shot list and any other details you feel are important. After we receive this booking, we will schedule a call with you to discuss the details of your shoot to make sure that we fully understand exactly what you are looking for with the photo-shoot.
- After the form is submitted, you will receive an official quotation directly to your email. You are required to pay 50% deposit for the booking. In the event of a cancellation, (only because of valid reason) I will refund the deposit if the cancellation is made within 7 days of the shoot. If it’s less than 7 days, the initial deposit is non-refundable. The shoot can however, be rescheduled.
- We will have a kick-off call 2 days before the shoot to confirm everything and get on the same page. This is where we will start to discuss specific details of the shoot, like how many pieces of apparel/angle/shots we will try to get through, what kind of look and feel you want the images to have, which outdoor shoots your project requires depending on the weather and other more specific questions like that.
- We’ll show up early and prepared to shoot for you on the designated time. I usually arrive about 30 minutes early just to get my bearings and make sure we are fully ready to go. During this time we can also make any last minute adjustments to make sure that we hit the ground running once the shoot officially starts.
- After receiving the payment for the rest of the quotation, we will share a Google drive folder with you within the number of days specified by your package. All photos will be professionally edited and completely ready for any use!
